Chuck Lindeman, Rotarian from the Marshall Noon Rotary Club, introduced an area Rotarian drive to collect used and broken wheelchairs to be rebuilt and sent through the non-profit Hope Haven, distributer of wheelchairs internationally, to those who need wheelchairs worldwide.
