Kathleen Morris

Kathleen Marie Morris, age 73, of Roseville, MN, passed away on January 17, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rodney and Ardith (Ziebol) Henningsgaard; brother, Mark; and brother-in-law, Perry Gust.

She is survived by husband, Thomas Morris; children, Alysyn, Erin and John; siblings, Mary Rittman (Celeste Hall),  JoAnn (Philip) VanHollebeke, Dale (Diane), Alice Gust, Robert (Julie), Jeffrey (Orachat), Donna (Randy) Braun, Steven (Carla); sister-in-law, Susie Jirsa; uncles and aunts, John Henningsgaard, Andy (Laurie) Ziebol, Carol Ziebol; beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

Kathy was a lifetime reader, loved libraries, book clubs and for 17 years hosted a book swap providing soups, salads, desserts and good conversation for family and friends. She loved to learn, attending lectures at the MN historical society and the U of M headliners, always followed by food and fellowship. She was an avid camper, walker and traveler, which brought her to Europe, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Tunisia, Canada and most states in the R.V. Always something new to see, something new to read about and something new to learn. She will be missed.

Memorial donations to Alzheimer’s Association or Diabetes Association.

Celebration of life will be held at a future date.
