Levi Anderson

Levi Douglas Anderson was born in Canby, Minn., at 3:57 p.m. on October 8, 2023, to parents Mark and Ashley (Lammers) Anderson. He was baptized in Christ the early morning of October 9. Levi passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his parents at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D., on October 9, 2023. Funeral services will be held at a later date.

During his short time on earth he touched many lives and was loved by family and friends. Levi was well taken care of by all of his doctors, Nurse Practitioner, nurses, EMT’s, and flight crew.

In that short amount of time on this earth he was told many stories about his brother, Myles, his grandparents, his cousins, his aunts, his uncles and his dog, Scout. He was told “I Love You” numerous times throughout the hours we had with him. Everything about Levi was perfect.

Levi’s memory will forever be cherished by his parents, Mark and Ashley; his sibling, Myles of Canby; grandparents, Douglas and Barb Anderson of Canby; grandparents, Curtis and Linda Lammers Sabin, Minn.; aunts and uncles, Jennifer and Bryan Anderson Porter, Minn., Kelly Miller Lakeville, Minn., Chelsey Lammers Moorhead, Minn.; cousins, Grant and Brody of Porter, Lincoln and Gus of Lakeville, Laila and Oliver of Moorhead; and many other extended family members.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Mavis Anderson and Grace Lammers. He will be forever loved and cherished. We know he is in a better place in heaven and watching over all of us.
