Clifford Toov Clifford Toov, age 89, of Montevideo, Minn., passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, at his home. A private family service was held at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Montevideo on Monday, January 24, 2022. Interment followed at the Canby City Cemetery.
