Cake Batter Cookies

Ingredients: Bars 1 pouch (1 lb. 1.5 oz.) sugar cookie mix 1 box Funfetti cake mix 1 c. butter 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Frosting 1 c. butter 3 c. powdered sugar 2-3 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Assorted candy sprinkles
Magen Tol, a senior at Canby High School, had a line-up of successes at the FFA State Convention held April 24-26 at the University of Minnesota, St. Paul Campus, and the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church freshman class was confirmed on May 1. S’mores Bites

Ingredients: 7 whole graham crackers, finely crushed (equals 1 cup) 1/4 c. powdered sugar 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 2 milk chocolate candy bars (I used Hershey’s), divided into rectangles 12 large marshmallows, cut in half
Last week I asked in the trivia question about the locations of the three banks in Canby in 1920.
Students at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Canby received their First Holy Communion on Sunday, May 1.
