Paulette Ford comes from a long line of patriots. Her grandfather, Ole Ford, served in WWI, and five of his eight sons, including Paulette’s father, Goodwin Ford, served as well.
The Larry Olsen Band will be performing at Music on Mondays in Central Park on Monday, July 10, at 7 p.m.

From a young age, Jeremy Groenhoff has loved collecting sports cards, and he is now fostering that love in others by opening Foxhound Cards and Collectables.
There’s a restaurant halfway between where my parents and I live which makes for a great meet-up spot. It has a lunch buffet so there’s something for everyone. We like to meet at 11am so everything is fresh and we avoid the crowds.
The class of 1963 held their 60th class reunion on June 17 in Canby during the Hat Daze celebration.
At the June 22 meeting of the Canby Rotary Club, Pat Vlaminck (above) told about a large project his crew has been working on in Astoria for Canby Farmers Grain. In all, they worked over 150 feet above ground, laid 2.75 miles of conduit and 19 miles of wires. Below - Ryan Nielsen formally inducted Tricia Groenhoff as a new Canby Rotarian.
Thank you to everyone who came out for our pancake and sausage fundraiser breakfast during Hat Daze. We appreciate each and everyone who helps us out in keeping the Depot Museum open. A special thanks goes out to Carol, Jon, DeLon, Ann, Todd, Andy, as well as myself for doing the prep work and serving the breakfast.
