Area History

Canby has many parks within its boundaries. In 1927, a Tourist Park was formed on the south end of Canby where the swimming pool is located now. I wrote about that a few weeks ago. At the same time there was another park in the planning.

Rotary of Canby

Addison Full, Hayden Noyes, and Cheyenne Hoffman were first, second, and third place winners in the Rotary Club of Canby Essay Contest on the Rotary Four-Way Test, picture here with their teacher Amy Gorder. The essays were read at the April 13 meeting of the Rotary Club of Canby.
