Minnesota West will host multiple commencement ceremonies for students graduating this year. The Canby campus commencement ceremonies are scheduled as below. All ceremonies will also be live streamed on the Minnesota West facebook page at www.facebook.com/MinnesotaWest.
Senior Easton Antony was nominated by the math department as the school’s student of the week. He is the son of Ron and Barb Antony.
“Easton is finishing up college algebra math 110 from SMSU,” the department said.
On Monday, May 9, Canby High School along with Sanford Canby Medical Center, the Canby police and fire departments, and the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Office will be working cohesively to conduct an emergency preparedness drill.
Piano students of Karen Olsen shared their talents with family and friends on April 24 during the Spring Piano and Senior Recital at the Canby High School. Performers included (L-R) Lydia Shepherd, Juliette Shepherd, Rachel Shepherd, Kyla Rangaard, Grace Hansen, and Alise Hansen.
