Senior Lily MacArthur was nominated by the art department as the school’s student of the week. She is the daughter of Theresa Hentges and Thomas MacArthur.

Canby's junior high Knowledge Bowl teams competed at sub-regionals at SMSU on Dec. 17. Team 1 placed high enough to go on to the Super Regional on Jan. 4. Eight schools participated with a total of 14 teams.
The students of Saint Peter’s invited the Canby Elementary students to their dress rehearsal of “A Play in a Manger” on Dec. 14.
Santa showed up to help the fifth grade band Christmas concert with “Jingle Bells”.
