Rick Winter, age 70, of rural Canby, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025, at his home. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 5, at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Canby. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, at the Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Terrace Lawn Memory Garden Cemetery in Montevideo, Minnesota. Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel of Canby has been entrusted with the arrangements.
