The funeral service for Marilyn Louise Esping, 88, of Minneota, will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Hope Lutheran Church beginning at 11 a.m. Public visitation will take place at church one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will take place at Hope Lutheran Cemetery following the funeral service.

Mona passed away peacefully on April 17, 2024, surrounded by her children in Meridian, Idaho, at the age of 94. Mona was born on August 22, 1929, to Lee and Myrtle (Gorder) Richardson in Canby, Minn. She grew up on a farm with her three brothers: Darold, Chester “Chet”, and James “Jim”. She loved to tell stories about her childhood shenanigans.

Carl Walter Huth, age 88, of Canby, Minn., passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his home after being overcome by cancer. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby is entrusted with the arrangements.

With a visitation Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the remembrance center. Interment will take place at St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Canby, Minn.
Janice Ardell Melby (Larson), age 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on May 7, 2024, at Eternal Springs Care Facility in Gilbert, Ariz. She was born July 24, 1939, in Lac qui Parle County to Olga and Martin Larson, and lived on a farm near Boyd, Minn. Music was a big part of her life.
Lyndon Helmbolt, 73, passed away on March 28, 2024, at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Conn. He passed peacefully after a battle with cancer.
